Having read the other reviews before going to see Mr.Pollock. All the reviews were so good. I had high expectations. Then having met Mr. Pollock, it was brilliant that what I read matched the experience. Mr. Pollock took the time and explained the situation my son was facing. He reassured us, he was patient with us, he wasn't dismissive. The whole consultation was a positive experience. Mr. Pollock has an exceptional and personable manner. Mr. Pollock reassured us that surgery before we relocated to another country was fine and, he managed to fit us in which was such a relief. My son's surgery went well and is recovering really well. Words of gratitude don't express how thankful we are and relieved. Mr.Pollock is exceptional and his yeam, including Frankie, are wonderful. Thank-you!

It's been a stressful time, but Mr Pollock and his team have eased that by making sure we always felt in safe hands. His PA has been exceptionally helpful and kind, and Mr Pollock has guided us through expertly. We've been very well informed and consulted throughout - always in an easily digestible and friendly way. I feel lucky that we've had Mr Pollock and his team looking after me.

I have had two operations under the care of Mr Pollock now. Both times I have had full trust in him and his team. Booking the surgery with his secretary was very straight forward and she is very understanding when it came to there being certain dates I could/couldn't do. Mr Pollock and his anaesthetist are A* and I couldn't thank them any more for their care, compassion and professionalism.

I went to see Rob Pollock with my daughter who was suffering with a painful knee and swelling. He made her feel at ease immediately and his professionalism and knowledge were immense.. He simplified the diagnosis so my daughter had a better understanding of what was wrong making her feel that she could continue her Sports Science studies with ease . I would highly recommend him. .
